PRC has designed  developed a Syringe assembly machine to suit the typical application of assembling the syringes for syringe manufacturers This machine allows user to assemble multiple syringes at a time along with checking the needle tightening torque also

Operator load the syringes on respective jig  fix the needle on the top punch and then press the start switch motor rotate the needles on the drum in desire limit If the torque found in limits the system indicates the OKNG signal separately each of the safety syringe
