PRC is manufacturing a Tip Forming System to meet the needs of particular application. Our tip forming systems incorporate the Solid State RF Induction Generator. These generators can quickly obtain the desired temperature, which produces faster cycle times. The tip forming system is also equipped with quick change tooling so multiple size catheters can be run on the same machine. Our standard tip forming equipment can produce 1 to 4 catheters at a time.
