Flasher Testing Syst

This system has designed for online testing of flashers of automotives to test their versatility and accurate functioning. It is a HMI Touch screen based smart test system with menu driven software. The system tests flashers in three modes,


1. BFD Mode – in which it tests one flasher at a time
2. Left/Right Mode – in which it tests two flashers at a time &
3. Hazard Mode – in which it tests four flashers at a time

Testing parameters:

It tests voltage, amp, %DC & CPM with in a stipulated time period in seconds. User can also feed identity mark of components. It shows on screen display of date & real time clock.
