Machine Function:

Immediately after power is ON, Machine check HOME & operator starts the stepper/servo motor to operate the fixture in which key lock is fixed. A suitable fixture is provided to fix the key lock. Machine checks step by step continuity & torque simultaneously. All the steps are checked one by one with respect to continuity & torque. If any of parameter i.e. torque or continuity is not found OK, machine will reject the key lock. Torque is displayed on indicator and also the no. of cycles completed. Machine will produce buzzer if the key lock is not OK and information about the failure of particular wire in case of continuity displayed on indicator.

Computerized Key Lock Endurance Testing Machine (Optional):

In addition to above, PRC offers computerized version of above model which facilitates user to transfer the test data of continuity & endurance direct on computer. This model stores the input data to plot a graph with respect to Torque V/s Angel & Torque V/s Time. This version also provides the print out facility of graphs & retrieval of data at later stage.
